Thanks to my Community Shared Agriculture share I have lots of wonderful, seasonal and organic produce that helped me come up with this delicious soup. This soup is not only tasty with a hint of sweet and a slight spice from the ginger, but it’s versatile as you can add your own favorite fresh or dried herbs and spices to finish it off. Enjoy the recipe.
There’s nothing better than an easy-to-make, delicious fall soup. This soup was made entirely with organic produce from my Community Shared Agriculture “CSA” share and features delicious butternut squash that is rich in beta-carotene and vitamins A and C, which help to boost immunity and fight off the flu and cold this season.
It’s National Kale Day in the US, but we are celebrating worldwide with this delicious autumn or spring salad! Roasted vegetables in a salad are delicious cold or warm. This salad contains baby kale leaves that are raw combined with roasted red kale leaves for a great crispy texture. Enjoy this amazing recipe.
I’m spending the next month in Long Island, New York to get a healthy routine going again, and stay within one timezone! Enjoy this recipe of one of my favorite salads from the past week — it’s made from plants and it’s delicious.
