You have to see how beautiful this salad is — and its taste is even better. Enjoy it in the sunshine and you’ll be feeling satisfied on some of Mother Nature’s best fruits and veggies.
One of my favourite smoothies whilst I was pregnant was an avocado cilantro (coriander) smoothie, so I decided to make it again, and added mango! This smoothie is a great combination of some of my favorite fruits and vegetables and a perfect way to include the wonderful nutritional benefits of cilantro with loads of electrolytes!
There’s nothing better than an easy-to-make, delicious fall soup. This soup was made entirely with organic produce from my Community Shared Agriculture “CSA” share and features delicious butternut squash that is rich in beta-carotene and vitamins A and C, which help to boost immunity and fight off the flu and cold this season.
We are very lucky in New York City to have juice bars on practically every other corner including in the local hardware store. But if you took a poll here at Team Reboot, Organic Avenue would rank as one of our all time favorites. Founder Denise Mari has been juicing and making delicious raw treats longer than any of us. So we have been eagerly anticipating the release of her book this week — Organic Avenue: Recipes for Life, Made with LOVE*.
Since spring is supposed to be here but it’s still freezing and miserable outside (at least it is here in NYC!), we have to find other ways to pretend this season is being good to us. This is where spring-like, refreshing juice recipes come in handy. Last week was especially cold, so Jamin, our head of production at Team Reboot, surprised our palates by making a cocktail that brought us right to Cancun. Enjoy this recipe full of liquid sunshine!
