Gazpacho is a cool and refreshing warm-weather favorite, and now you can try this tasty juice that tastes just like it! Made with fresh parsley, this juice is slightly sweet, but has a similar essence to those classic tomato-based gazpacho recipes. Find out why it’s so good for you and try the recipe!
I love this because it’s all juice. Some strawberry lemonade recipes call for THREE cups or more of white sugar. Mine has zero. And yet, it is perfectly (and delightfully) sweet. There’s even veggies hidden inside — like parsnips and cucumber, but no one will ever know! They will just wonder how you made such a delicious drink and want the recipe for their next summer barbeque.
Like so many of you across the US, here at the Reboot offices in New York it has been a long, cold winter and we started to grow a little stir crazy by the end! To remind us all that summer would eventually arrive I decided to experiment with a juice recipe based on a classic English summer drink, the Pimm’s fruit cup. Get the recipe!
This is a take on one of my favourite salads! I always love to add one type of fruit and one type of nut into my salads such as strawberries, mangoes, apples or pears with almonds, macadamias, walnuts or any other variety you desire, this gives it great flavour and texture and mixes it up and makes for a more interesting tasty salad or in this case a great smoothie.
We all love kale (hail kale!) but let’s try something new this week! Be adventurous and wander away from your usual sources that make up green juices like kale and spinach, and let’s wake up those taste buds and your bodies with this aromatic, silky and sweet green juice. It’s ideal for those on an anti-inflammatory diet and anyone who is trying to avoid cruciferous veggies, but it is so delicious everyone will enjoy it!
