Kick up this classic juice with the addition of chile pepper. Hot peppers can help boost your metabolism, as they have been shown to increase your caloric burn. Use any hot pepper, like jalapeno, serrano, thai–whatever is available locally. And you don’t have to use a fresh pepper. Alternatively, add a pinch of dried cayenne after juicing.
