Why Rebooting is the Perfect Resolution

January, the beginning of a new year. Time to start fresh and make positive changes in your life. Whether you want to drink less alcohol, give up smoking, exercise more or eat more vegetables; the New Years Resolution has made January the catalyst for change.

I believe January couldn’t be a better time to start Rebooting. Here are my top 5 reasons:
The month of relaxation

For many (especially in Australia), the month of January is pretty relaxing. Some of us have extended holidays, others have a pretty quiet time at work. This is the perfect opportunity to start when you are not overloaded by the rest of your life. I found Rebooting easiest when I had a light schedule. You don’t have to Reboot alone! A lot of people are looking to become healthier in 2012, which makes Reboot perfect for a New Years Resolution. Online, we have hundreds of people from around the world all Rebooting in January! Join the team of Rebooters and support and learn from one another.
