Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (75 g) Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) Blackberries
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 4 oz (60 ml) unsweetened coconut water
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Directions:

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (45-60 seconds).
  3. Serve and enjoy.
