Turmeric lattes have been popping up at trendy cafes everywhere and with good reason. This delicious warming drink has some serious health benefits due to its very high anti-inflammatory potency.

- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 2 tsps ground turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla bean extract
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk.
- Continue whisking over a medium heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Pour into 2 mugs, add a pinch of nutmeg (optional) to the top and enjoy!
Note: You can use a coffee machine frother or high-speed blender to get more of a frothy latte.
