The Watering Pineapple – Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150 g) watermelon
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 small beet (Australian beetroot)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 in (1 cm) piece of fresh ginger (more if you like it extra zingy)

Directions:

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Cut rind off of pineapple. Leave rind on watermelon for extra juice if desired.
  3. Juice ingredients.
  4. Pour over ice (optional).
  5. Serve and enjoy!
