Take one stroll down the center aisles in a grocery store and you’ll find thousands of different types of food. The food industry has hijacked the marketplace and processed junk food is pretty much everywhere. In the cereal aisle alone there’s at least one hundred options to choose from. That’s pretty crazy when you think about it. Our food continues to evolve — and I’m not talking about on a farm, I’m talking about in a factory. That’s why I’m a firm believer in filling your plate with mostly plants, then your avoiding processed foods and adding nutrients to your diet. But, you also have to be careful about the amount of pesticides that are sprayed on non-organic produce.
It can be pretty overwhelming when it comes to what’s best for our bodies — the do’s and the don’ts. If you’re worried about what’s happening in the food industry, and about the GMO’s and hidden chemicals that might be hiding in the meals you and your family consume, you’re not alone. It’s important we continue to learn about the latest research and breaking news surrounding this life-changing topic.
One of the most informative (free) events to gain this knowledge is just days away and I encourage you to sign up. It’s the Food Revolution Summit. The event will empower you with all the latest information and truth about your food, how it’s grown, and what the heck is in it.
From Saturday, April 25th – Sunday, May 3rd, my friends, John and Ocean Robbins, are interviewing 25 of the top doctors, activists, and celebrities in the food world — including folks like:
You can get it all online, from anywhere on earth — for no cost. When it comes to your health and not just living your life, but thriving in it, learning from these experts can help you get there.
I think it’s pretty cool that Sir Paul is in this! You’ll find out what he likes to listen to when he’s making dinner and how he has the energy to perform for 3 hours, in front of 50,000 people – in his 70’s!
