The Big New Years Reboot: Getting Started Guide

All, we are very excited that you will be joining us for the Big New Year’s Reboot!

We hope to provide you with three days of Rebooting inspiration, support and information to jump start your Rebooting journey. This is a free group using our online community platform.

While we are thrilled with the large number of both new and old community members who have joined, it’s the largest group we’ve ever had, and that is testing the limits of our community functionality.

As a courtesy to your fellow group members, please read through the following information before posting questions on the comment wall.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
By joining the group you are in! Go to the Group page and select “Join the Group.”

HOW DO I GET THE PLAN AND SHOPPING LIST?

You’ll find the plan, recipes and shopping list in the 2014 Happiest Healthiest You eMagazine.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM JOE!

You will not receive any emails. We do not have the ability to selectively email a group or email individuals when they join a group. Joe posts comments on the wall and in the Big New Year’s Reboot blog. If you are just joining us, please check out the blog for all information that has previously been posted.

I AM RECEIVING TOO MANY EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS!

You can turn off all of your email notifications by signing into your account, selecting settings in the upper right corner under your name, and selecting notifications on the left or go to: http://community.rebootwithjoe.com/account/settings/notifications

HOW DO I CHAT WITH THE REBOOT COACHES?

To communicate with your coaches post a question in the Ask Your Big New Year’s Reboot Coaches Discussion and the coaches will respond to you with a comment. Please read through the posts to see if your question has already been asked.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE TRACKER?

To access the Tracker, sign into your account and select Tracker in the upper right corner under your name. You may need to login again. You currently must use your email and password to login to the Tracker. Using Faceboook, Twitter or Google+ will not work.

THE TRACKER IS IN BETA, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Beta is a software term for ‘not quite production ready’. It means that you are helping us test it out. There may be some glitches so please be patient! We also want to hear from you regarding how it’s working, issues you’re having, and your ideas for enhancements and improvements. Also, please check out our Tracker Frequently Asked Questions for assistance with common issues.

MESSAGING THE GROUP

Please do not use the group messaging feature. We have almost 3,000 members. If you send a message, you’re sending it to all 3,000 members; if they reply to you, they message 3,000 members…and so on! That’s a lot of messaging! Use the group wall for comments and questions, please!

LINKS IN MY PRIVATE MESSAGES DON’T WORK
