After School Snack: Carrot-Squash Potstickers

This week we brought a little Asian-flare into our Freshmade kitchen. The kids made homemade, healthy Carrot-Squash Potstickers that were served with a simple Citrus-Tamari Dressing. You don’t have to limit yourself to just carrot-squash in the potstickers. Other great ingredients to fill these with are mushrooms, ginger, cabbage, bell peppers, fresh herbs like parsley and cilantro, sweet potato and even apples!
