Sunny Pineapple Juice

By: Claire Georgiou, Reboot Naturopath, B.HSc ND

This is a great light summer juice although you can enjoy this juice at anytime of the year! Our sunny pineapple juice is high in vitamin C, folate and potassium. Due to the content of 3-n-Butyl Phthalide in celery, a study showed that eating just 4 sticks of celery daily may lower your cholesterol and blood pressure and since pineapple has anti-inflammatory properties and this being very important for heart health you can enjoy this juice for the good of your heart J So enjoy!
