Strawberry Fields Juice

This juice may bring up memories of the famous Beatles song. Yes, you can sing along while you make it, using fresh strawberries and greens for a naturally sweet and delightful juice that is full of vitamins A and C, plus the spinach adds minerals calcium, potassium and magnesium.

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach (1-2 big handfuls)
  • 1 handful basil
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions:

  1. Peel lemon.
  2. Wash all produce well.
  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!

Substitutions:

Strawberries – raspberries, blackberries, cherries

Spinach – romaine lettuce, kale, chard

Basil – parsley, cilantro, mint

Zucchini – cucumber, celery

Lemon – ginger
