Spinach Supreme Juice

This juice would make Popeye proud. It’s got greens galore with tons of spinach, cucumber, celery and parsley. Both spinach and parsley are high in manganese, a mineral known to help reduce insulin resistance. This low-sugar juice is perfect for those who need a burst of energy without any fruit.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 cups spinach
  • 5 stalks celery
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • ½ lime

Directions

  1. Peel lime.
  2. Wash all produce well.
  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
