This bright purple drink is quite a sight and designed for those looking for an alternative to beet juice. Red cabbage is an immune booster full of vitamin C and anti-inflammatory compounds, and it pairs deliciously with carrots, orange and lemon.

Ingredients

  • ½ head of red cabbage (about 2 cups)
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • ½ lemon

Directions

  1. Peel lemon.
  2. Wash all produce well.
  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
