Simple Mango Smoothie Bowl

Keep it simple with this bowl that only has 3 ingredients: mango, banana and coconut milk. One mango has 200 calories and is full of fiber, vitamins A and C, and folate. This bowl offers a refreshing and delicious way to start your day. You can top it with this homemade fruit and nut granola or sliced fruit, nuts or seeds.


  • 1 cup mango (frozen)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or your favorite milk)

Topping ideas: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, granola, hemp seeds, chia seeds, sliced mango, sliced peaches, strawberries, blueberries or raspberries


  1. Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend well.
  2. Place mango mixture into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
