Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Soaked Arame Seaweed
  • 2 tbsp Flax Oil
  • 1 Avocado (optional)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Carrot, chopped or shredded
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Sea Salt
  • Dash of Cayenne

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients together in bowl, mix and enjoy.
