Green juices are popular because they are high in nutrients that help with blood clotting, rich in calcium, B vitamins, and immune-boosting vitamin C. Green juices are also generally lower in sugar as they are made using mostly vegetables.
You can drink this healthy juice at breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a mid-morning or afternoon snack. It is quick to make, is slightly sweet from the pears, and packs a big nutritional punch. The sodium-rich celery makes this juice good for replenishing salt lost in sweat from working out.
