Salsa – Veggie Snack

Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper (optional) seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped Cilantro (Australia: Coriander)
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and toss – you can also throw tomato, onion and jalepeno pepper into a food processor before mixing with lime juice.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
