  • 2 1/2 cups (375 g) watermelon
  • 1 cup (150 g) blueberries
  • 6-8 leaves swiss chard (Australian silverbeet)

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel watermelon rind (optional).
  3. Juice ingredients.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
