Sweet Summer Juice

Peaches are sweet and in season this summer. A good source of potassium, Vitamin A, beta-carotene and water these sweet treats are a great choice for adding phytonutrients and flavor to juice. The broccoli stalks are rich in protein which helps to balance out the carbohydrate from the fruits, slowing the natural sugars absorption rate.


  • 2 broccoli stalks
  • 2 organic peaches
  • 1 organic fuji apple


  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Remove pit from peaches.
  3. Juice ingredients.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
