- 1 large turnip
- 2 medium beets (Australian beetroot)
- 2 organic carrots
- 2 organic apples
- 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger root
- 1/2 cup (115 ml) coconut water (unflavored)
Wash all produce well.
Cut veggies/fruits as needed to fit into juicer chute.
Juice all ingredients except coconut water.
Pour juice into glass over ice.
Add coconut water.
