How did you learn about Reboot with Joe?
My husband and I saw the commercial for the program on TV two years ago and watched the program that night.

What inspired you to do a Reboot?
My health was at an all-time low and seeing Joe being so unwell himself definitely spurred me on.

I have Osteo Genisus Imperfecta which is brittle bones. With the pain in my spine from fractures and disc degeneration, I was on a walking stick unable to walk any more than 20 meters/65 feet without being in severe pain.

How did the experience go for you?
It was life changing. My husband and I only did the juice for breakfast and lunch and had a non-processed meal for dinner. It was amazing how fantastic we both felt.

How much weight did you lose (even if that wasn’t your goal!)?             
16 kilos/35 pounds for myself and 20 kilos/44 pounds for my husband.

Now I have lost 43 kilos/95 pounds and my husband 32 kilos/71 pounds.

Did you have any notable health or physical improvements?
Yes, my blood pressure has decreased, my mobility has increased to the point I took a membership to a local gym. My husband has not looked back and has kept his weight off also.

I have completed a 6K/3.7 mile run for city to bay. I walk everywhere and am an official gym junkie.

What was the toughest part about the Reboot experience?
Sourcing good quality produce.

What habits have you maintained and kept a part of your everyday life?
We eat healthy, have cut down portion sizes and I attend the gym 6 days a week.

What is your lasting impression of the Reboot experience?
It’s so easy, and the remarkable feeling of well-being surrounds you. The whole process was so simplistic.
