Ingredients:

  • A mix of 2 cups green leafy veggies: kale (Australian tuscan cabbage), romaine, spinach, arugula (Australian rocket).
  • Any veggie combination to add on top: cucumber, celery, carrot, tomato, radish, onion, avocado, jicama, etc.

Dressing:

  • 1 tbspĀ Olive oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 squeeze lemon

Directions:

  1. Mix and Match, and tell us how you make your Reboot Green Salad!
  2. Toss well so ingredients are well incorporated.
