Reboot Green Salad

Make this fresh and healthy salad. It’s a classic, great for every day lunch or dinner.  In addition to the listed ingredients you can add whatever fresh veggies you have in the fridge.  Top and  toss with lemon oil dressing. For a simple meal or side dish.


  • A mix of 2 cups green leafy veggies: kale (Australian tuscan cabbage), romaine, spinach, arugula (Australian rocket).
  • Any veggie combination to add on top: cucumber, celery, carrot, tomato, radish, onion, avocado, jicama, etc.


  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 squeeze lemon
