Reboot-Friendly Radish & Pear Juice

Dip into the sweetness of summer with this refreshing juice that’s packed with vibrant seasonal produce like arugula and radishes. Arugula is a non-goitrogenic green (good for anyone with thyroid issues) and the radishes are refreshing and contain digestive properties. This juice can be served as a meal replacement or as a part of a meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of arugula (rocket)
  • 3 radishes, greens removed
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 pear
  • 1-inch (2.5 cm) piece of ginger

Directions

  1. Wash and prepare all produce.
  2. Add ingredients through juicer and enjoy.
