Pomegranate Blueberry Chard Blend – Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (75 g) frozen Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 cup (150 g) Blueberries
  • 1 cup (150 g) Berry of Your Choice (blackberry, cherry, raspberry, strawberry)
  • 5 leaves Rainbow Swiss Chard (Australia: Silverbeet)
  • 4 oz (60 ml) unsweetened Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice or ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Directions

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (45-60 seconds).
  3. Serve and enjoy.
