Pine-Lime-Pear Juice

This is a lovely sweet and somewhat sour juice. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, manganese, calcium, phosphorus, potassium and fiber. You can use the pulp from this recipe to make this tasty granola – just be sure to remove the celery pulp, which you can save for making this Veggie Pulp.

Ingredients

  • ¼  pineapple, peeled
  • 2 pears
  • 2 limes
  • 4 sticks of celery

Directions

  1. Peel the lime (optional) and pineapple.
  2. Chop and prepare the remaining produce to suit your juicer.
  3. Juice & enjoy!

  • Pineapple – apple, peach
  • Pear – apple, kiwi
  • Lime – grapefruit, lemon
  • Celery – zucchini, cucumber
