Light and Breezy Green Juice

By: Claire Georgiou, Reboot Naturopath, B.HSc ND

Fennel is a great ingredient for a green juice, as it offers a subtle distinct mild licorice flavor and is very light on the calories. Nutritionally, it’s a great source of minerals such as calcium and potassium and also contains folate and vitamin C. This low-sugar juice has great flavor, especially if you add the fennel leaves.
