Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Asian Pears
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 in (2.5 cm) piece fresh Ginger (thumb sized)
  • 2 cups (175 g) Purple Cabbage

Directions

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel lemon and lime, optional.
  3. Juice.
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy!
