Ingredients:

  • 8-10 leaves Kale (Australia: Tuscan Cabbage) – any variety works
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt (optional)
  • Pepper (optional)

Directions:

  1. Spray with Olive Oil.
  2. Salt & Pepper to taste.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until crisp. (check at 10 minutes)
  4. Serve and enjoy.
