By Joe Cross
On this journey so far I’ve met a ton of folks who are pretty surprised I am doing this for 60 days. One thing I find remarkable about people is they will say “Oh I could never do that!” without even giving it a try. I just don’t understand that. If you say you’re going to juice fast for 10 days and you make it seven it’s not “oh you’re a failure” it’s “good on you for trying”. If you do give it a go, be warned…your mates may think you’re crazy. “Joe, 60 days is seriously extreme. Just drinking juice? Really?”
Extreme yes, but let’s not forget I have had a debilitating disease for the past nine years where I’ve had to take Prednisone that comes with a bunch of unpleasant side effects.
I’m 41, I’m fat, and I’m sick. You don’t need to be Einstein to figure out what’s next…a trip to the grave! So I’m willing to take it to the extreme.
They’ll also say, Joe aren’t you hungry? Well much to their surprise…hunger is different than just having a big appetite! Learn how to tell the difference.
