Switch up your usual green drink for this healthy summer green smoothie. The arugula and mango add extra vitamin C, while the avocado and pineapple add anti-inflammatory properties. Healthy fats are also a great component of this smoothie with the addition of both the coconut milk and avocado. Add other seasonal local greens like spinach and kale for added iron, fiber, and vitamins A and C.
