In the Reboot Kitchen: Roots & Fruits Juice

This juice recipe is a great way to start the day.  The bright orange color is enough to bring a smile to anyone’s face!  And it’s full of Vitamin C, Beta-Carotene and Bromelain.

Ingredients

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large parsnips
  • 1 cup cut pineapple
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger, optional

Directions

  1. Wash al produce well.
  2. Add through juicer.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
