In the Reboot Kitchen: Mom’s Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (235 ml) almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 fresh mango
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) flaxseed oil (or ground flaxseeds)
  • Small handful of goji berries
  • Large handful of spinach

Directions

  1. Wash spinach.
  2. Add all ingredients into high powered blender and blend until smooth, about 45 – 60 seconds.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
