In the Reboot Kitchen: Beet-ini

Holiday parties are in full swing this time of year and we know what that means…alcohol starts flowing a little more than usual! At Reboot, we enjoy an occasional cocktail but we do so by making sure we are still adding nutrients into our bodies.

Enter the ‘Beet-ini’. With or without alcohol, this vibrant juice is a holiday favorite for its beautiful rich color and array of nutrients that come from the beets, oranges and apples.


  • 1 small beet, peeled
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 oz. vodka (optional)
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 thin slice orange


  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Add beet, orange, and apple through juicer.
  3. If adding vodka, pour juiced produce and vodka into shaker over ice and shake well.
  4.  Rub mint leaves on rim of martini glass then pour drink into glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh orange slice and sprig of mint.
