Guacamole – Veggie Snack


  • 2 Avocados
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/8 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced


  1. Scoop avocados into a bowl.
  2. Mash with a potato masher or place into food processor and puree all ingredients.
  3. Serve and enjoy with jicama or carrot sticks, or whole grain pita chips.
