- 2 Avocados
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/8 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Scoop avocados into a bowl.
- Mash with a potato masher or place into food processor and puree all ingredients.
- Serve and enjoy with jicama or carrot sticks, or whole grain pita chips.
