Green Zucchini Juice

Green juices are refreshing and tasty, as well as a good source of fluid for hydration. This juice is a different variation of a classic green juice that might include cucumber, because instead I added zucchini just to shake it up a bit. Zucchini is a great swap in this juice because it’s rich in heart-healthy nutrients like potassium and brain-healthy folate as well as other energizing B vitamins.



  • 1 apple
  • 2 zucchini (courgette)
  • 4 kale (Tuscan cabbage) leaves
  • 1-inch (1/2 cm) piece of ginger
  • ½ lemon


  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Peel the lemon if you would like a less bitter taste.
  3. Add all ingredients through the juicer and enjoy!
