Ingredients

  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2-3 cups Spinach
  • 6-8 leaves Swiss Chard (Australia silverbeet)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 stalks Celery
  • 1/2 Fennel Bulb
  • 1 bunch Basil

Directions

  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Juice ingredients.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
