The spotlight is focusing on the grapefruit. It’s a wonderful addition to a juice for its long list of health benefits including properties that support weight loss by improving blood sugar levels and insulin sensitivity. It provides lycopene, potassium, vitamin A and vitamin C. Grapefruits are also high in a soluble fiber called pectin which has a beneficial effect on helping to reduce cholesterol levels which is still available in the juice. - 1 ruby grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 inch (1 cm) piece of ginger
- Wash all produce well.
- Peel the orange and grapefruit.
- Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy
