Ingredients

  • 2-3  Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced (when seasonal – otherwise any tomato)
  • Large handful Basil
  • 1/2 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Balsamic Vinegar to taste

Directions

  1. Wash and cut vegetables.
  2. Place vinegar, oil and seasoning in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  3. Add veggies, toss and serve.
