Enhance the Taste of Your Water Naturally!

One of the most important things for a healthy lifestyle is to drink enough water! Some people  simply don’t enjoy the taste of water, it can be a struggle to stay hydrated.

Here are 3 ideas to jazz up the flavor of water naturally, making it more refreshing and enjoyable.

These infused waters can all be made fresh or in advance. Aim to use within 24-36 hours. As always it is best to use organic produce (or scrub well) before adding to the water and ice!

Infused Waters

Simple Lemon Water

There are several articles touting the many benefits of starting your day with a glass of lemon water. It’s easy, fresh and tastes great.

  • 2 Liters of water (preferably filtered)
  • 2 Lemons

  1. Fill a pitcher with water
  2. Cut lemons in half, squeeze juice into the pitcher. If organic, add in the lemon rinds for added flavor and a bright look!

Apple & Grape Infused Water

This combo lends a nice aroma and a fresh taste to the water. The apples may break up a bit as they sit in the water, if that would bother you, feel free to strain out any chunks before drinking.

  • 10-15 Grapes (cut in half)

  1. Fill a pitcher with water and add sliced apples and cut grapes.
