Cranberry Citrus Juice

What to do with leftover cranberries? Add them to a juice, of course! This holiday-flavored juice is filled with beta-carotene, vitamin C and potent antioxidants for immune support. Feel free to add seasonal spices like fresh, grated ginger or cinnamon on top. Tis the season!


  • 1 cup (100 g) cranberries
  • 1 orange, peel removed
  • 1 organic apple
  • 1 cup (140 g) butternut squash (Australian butternut pumpkin), cubed
  • 4-6 leaves collard greens (Australian cabbage leaves) about 1 cup, packed


  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Juice ingredients.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
