Chocolate Cinna-Raspberry Smoothie

As you can see, we are all about chocolate this week. You learned why chocolate is good for you, you enjoyed a taste of a mint chocolate chip smoothie, and now it’s a fruit smoothie with chocolate (and greens!). If you love chocolate as much as I do, then hopefully you’re enjoying the opportunities to enjoy the healthy side of it! I am someone who absolutely loves chocolate, so when given the chance to eat it (or cacao in this case), I’m totally on board! This smoothie is easy to make with loads of heart-healthy flavonoids.


  • 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup (40 g) raspberries
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein or Reboot with Joe Protein Powder (optional)


  1. Wash and prepare all produce.
  2. Add ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds until smooth.
