Celery & Co.

By: Suzanne Boothby

This juice brings together three simple ingredients: celery, fennel and apple. You might be surprised by its mild-flavored taste with just a hint of licorice flavor. Both celery and fennel are low-calorie foods that are high in minerals. Celery contains high levels of silicon that can help strengthen your bones, joints and connective tissue, while fennel has high levels of vitamin C, along with folate, potassium and fiber.
