When life gives you limes, try making limeade. You will love the tangy combination of lime, carrots, ginger and turmeric with some pear to sweeten the deal.
Carrots are a great beginner juice as they are naturally sweet, an abundant source of vitamins A, B and C and rich in beta-carotene and carotenoids. Turmeric has many health-promoting properties including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds.
- 8 carrots
- 1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger
- 1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of fresh turmeric
- 1 pear
- 1 lime
1. Peel lime.
2. Wash all produce well.
3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
