Ingredients
- 3 cups greens (spinach, arugula, romaine, red leaf, etc..)
- 1 cup shredded Carrot
- 1 cup shredded Fennel
- 1 cup shredded Radish
- 1 cup shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup shredded Celery
- Fresh Dill, to your taste
- Squeezed Lemon, to your taste
- 1/2 of an Avocado (optional)
Directions
- Wash produce well.
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
- Toss well and Enjoy!
