Carrot Dill Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups greens (spinach, arugula, romaine, red leaf, etc..)
  • 1 cup shredded Carrot
  • 1 cup shredded Fennel
  • 1 cup shredded Radish
  • 1 cup shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded Celery
  • Fresh Dill, to your taste
  • Squeezed Lemon, to your taste
  • 1/2 of an Avocado (optional)

Directions

  1. Wash produce well.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. Toss well and Enjoy!
