Cantaloupe Carrot Cocktail

I have always hated celery. I don’t like it cooked in stuffing, chopped up raw in salads, covered in peanut butter, and surely not in my juices! However, I received a bundle of it in my weekly CSA and decided to try it. It took some getting used to, but in the end I really enjoyed this juice… celery and all!

So if you’ve never tried celery in juice, or don’t enjoy it, try this juice and you may surprise yourself.


  • 4 carrots
  • 1/2 cantaloupe
  • 3 celery sticks


  1. Wash produce well.
  2. Cut off the rind of the cantaloupe.
  3. Cut all items into pieces that will fit through your juicer chute.
  4. Juice all ingredients and enjoy! (Kelly’s original recipe can be found on Nosh and Nourish.)
