Banana Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

Healthy and tasty desserts that are good for you are always in season—like this tasty banana chia seed pudding. Chia seed pudding seems like a decadent and complicated item to prepare, but in reality it’s super simple and only require a few ingredients.

I love chia seeds because they’re loaded with heart and digestive-healthy fiber that’s filling and satisfying. (In fact, chia seeds make my list of favorite nutrient-dense pantry staples!) One of the only downfalls of chia seeds can be their super-high price tag. That’s not the case when you shop at Thrive Market where every item is always 25% to 50% off retail. And for a limited time, they’re offering a FREE bag of Thrive Market Chia Seeds along with a free trial membership.
