- 2 cups arugula (Australia rocket)
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/3 avocado
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato (heirloom in the summer)
- 1/2 cup jicama (Australia yam bean)
Wash all produce well. Once chopped, mix in large bowl and finish by adding your favorite Reboot Dressing.
