Meet Our Coaches

A Reboot Coach supports you throughout your entire Guided Reboot program. Your coach will be there to keep you motivated, facilitate group webinars, answer any questions or concerns, and help you complete a Guided Reboot with professionalism and encouragement.

Stacy Kennedy, MPH, RD, CSO, LDN

Stacy is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and an Integrative Nutritionist. She consults for various companies, focusing on health, wellness and innovative strategies to help increase individual’s fruit and vegetable intake. Stacy is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Health Fitness Specialist; she holds a BS degree in Dietetics from Indiana University, completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital, and earned a Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She is a Senior Clinical Nutritionist at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute/Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School teaching affiliates, in Boston, MA, with more than 20 years of experience. Stacy created and now serves as project manager and lead writer for nutrition services content on the Dana Farber website and the affiliated, nationally recognized nutrition app. Stacy is regularly featured on TV, radio, print and social media on behalf of Dana Farber and other organizations.

Kristen DeAngelis, RD, LDN, RYT

Kristen DeAngelis is a Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher and wellness professional. She is passionate in helping individuals reach their highest potential by incorporating whole foods and a healthy mind/body relationship for holistic wellness. Kristen received her B.S. in Human, Nutrition, Foods and Exercise (HNFE) from Virginia Tech University and is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and YA certified Yoga Instructor. She previously worked as the personal nutritionist for Joe Cross, from the film Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, and currently counsels individuals in her private practice, Kristen DeAngelis Wellness. Kristen also provides individual and group nutrition counseling at Tri-Health Medical Fitness Pavilion, Tri-Health Women’s Center and the University of Cincinnati. Kristen enjoys traveling, cooking, practicing/teaching yoga and visiting her family in Boston, MA.

Claire Georgiou, B.HSc, ND

Claire Georgiou is an Australian naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist who has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (C.Med) and an Advanced Diploma of Nutrition, Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine. She has more than 13 years of clinical experience specializing in liver disease, autoimmune disease, thyroid conditions, diabetes, insulin resistance, digestive disorders, chronic infections, children’s health, fertility and pregnancy care. Claire has worked closely with Dr. Sandra Cabot, who is known as the “Liver Cleansing Doctor” and has written more than 25 health related books.

Rachel Gargano MS, RD, LDN, CSSD

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics whose passion lies with helping people reach their best health and wellness self. She owns a private practice based just north of Boston, and is a consultant for many companies, working with individuals worldwide. Her focuses include sports nutrition, maternal and infant health, plant-based nutrition, and weight loss.

Rachel holds a bachelors in Exercise Science and masters in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University in Boston. She resides north of Boston with her husband and two sons.

Abigail Hueber, RD

Abigail is passionate about helping individuals attain optimal health and well-being through whole-food plant-based diets. She is a Registered Dietitian with advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition to help clients address and heal the root causes of their health concerns and achieve optimal wellness. Abby works via telemedicine with private clients both nationally and internationally in her practice Above Health Nutrition. Abby is also the dietitian and wellness director for Newton Country Day School, an all-girls school in Newton, MA where she works to empower girls to develop a healthy relationship with food and their own body. Abby is a certified yoga teacher and incorporates the practice of yoga into her school-based wellness curriculum as well as her work with individual clients. When Abby isn’t working with clients or students, she can be found practicing yoga, cooking creative healthy recipes, skiing and spending time with friends and family.

Rhaya Jordan, ND

Rhaya Jordan, ND, has been practicing nutrition in Australia and London for more than 20 years in both private practice and as a Naturopathic Director of Blackmores UK. She has vast experience training doctors and pharmacists in Australia in natural health, and has worked alongside pharmacists in a diabetes specialist pharmacy in Queensland. Rhaya graduated from Nature Care College in Sydney, and received a post-grad certificate in higher education from the University of Westminster in London. Her passion lies in supporting people with Type 2 Diabetes and helping others normalize their relationship to food. She currently lives in South London with her partner, two teenagers and a cat.

Isabel Smith, MS, RD, CDN​

Isabel is a Registered Dietitian, wellness expert and fitness coach. Isabel has her own nutrition and wellness practice based in New York City, Isabel Smith Nutrition, but she works with clients and corporations both nationwide and worldwide in a variety of areas including skin health, weight loss, gastrointestinal issues and allergies, sports nutrition, general wellness and more. As a Guided Reboot coach, Isabel has helped hundreds juice their way to better health. When she isn’t helping clients achieve optimal nutrition and wellness, she can be found trying and creating new juices and making other healthy recipes, running, cooking, spinning, practicing yoga, and enjoying time with her two Yorkshire terriers.
